Dreamco EFAST is an internal workforce and operations application for authorized Dreamco Cooperative personnel. It is not intended for public consumer use.
Information we collect
Depending on the modules available to an authorized user, the app may process:
- Account and authentication information, including username, verification challenges, and session identifiers.
- Employee profile and Personal Data Sheet information supplied by the employee.
- Attendance, time-in and time-out, task, accomplishment, and related work records.
- Vehicle reservations, trip schedules, passengers, assigned drivers, and booking records.
- Property, accountability, inventory, physical-count, QR or barcode scan, and contributor records.
- Photos or files only when a workflow specifically requires the user to provide them.
- Basic device and diagnostic information needed for security, synchronization, and troubleshooting.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate authorized personnel, provide assigned modules, record attendance and operational transactions, synchronize offline work, prevent duplicate submissions, maintain audit trails, send work-related reminders, and protect the app and its records.
Storage and synchronization
The app may temporarily store an authenticated session and unsynchronized attendance or inventory actions on the user’s device. Pending actions are sent to the EFAST service when connectivity returns. Authentication secrets such as the user’s password and CAPTCHA response are used for verification and are not intentionally stored by the mobile app. Device biometric data is handled by the device operating system and is not received or stored by Dreamco EFAST.
Sharing and disclosure
Information is available only to authorized personnel and service providers that support EFAST operations, subject to access controls and applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or to investigate misuse.
Data retention and deletion
Records are retained only for as long as necessary for employment, operational, audit, security, and legal requirements. Authorized users may request correction or deletion of eligible personal information through the contact below. Some official or audit records may need to be retained when required by policy or law. Signing out removes the locally saved app session; completed records held by the service are governed by the applicable retention requirements.
Security
We use access controls, authentication, device-protected biometric unlocking where enabled, and other reasonable safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so users should protect their accounts and devices and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Children
Dreamco EFAST is a workplace application and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when app features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
